◇◇◇

This time, we introduce URUHA from the The Fighters Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters official performance team, "FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION."

Born February 17 in Sapporo, Hokkaido, nickname is 'Utan', her hobby is dancing, and her special skill is classical ballet.

She began pursuing classical ballet at age five and has won numerous awards at major domestic competitions. URUHA has received scholarships from prestigious ballet schools and companies around the world, studied abroad, and continuously honed her expressive skills. She decided to join "FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION" because she wanted to take on the challenge of creating venues together with the audience.

URUHA says, "I want to be someone who can cheer up others not just by dancing, but by smiling and speaking," and is taking on the challenge of making even greater progress using the solid skills she has cultivated so far.

A Q&A session with URUHA!

◯How would you describe your personality in one word?
A competitive type who practices secretly.

What are some essential warnings that should always be included in your "instruction manual"?
When I get praised, I secretly practice because I want to be praised even more.

I love "〇〇"!
My goal is to make people smile through dance and expression. I also like mochi (rice cakes) and naps.

I'm not good at "〇〇"!
Wake up early, look at maps

What were your childhood dreams?
Classical ballet teacher

What is the most moving experience you've ever had in your life?
It was the experience of creating a single work and performing it on stage with friends I met for the first time in Germany. I will never forget the moment when the audience shouted "Bravo!" after the show.

What are you grateful for in your life?
I'm the mother.
My mother is also a ballet instructor. She gave me many opportunities to study abroad and try other genres, as I'm not good at taking new steps. She patiently supported me until I gained confidence, accompanying me to late-night practice sessions and preparing nutritious lunches when I was dieting. I am truly grateful for her unwavering support as both a teacher and a mother.

What inspired you to start dancing?
My mother is a classical ballet teacher, so I found myself dancing without even realizing it.

◯What's your phone's wallpaper?
A photo taken when I went to Guam, showing me holding hands with my four younger brothers.

What would you want to eat as your last meal?
Homemade meals by my mother and younger brother

What surprised you when the activities started?
I was able to become really close with all the members right away! And I was able to interact with the fans a lot, not just through dancing.

◯What do you find most difficult about your activities right now?
To be able to dance in genres you've never danced before, such as hip-hop, in a cool and captivating way.

◯What were your impressions on your first day of practice?
I remember being really panicked, thinking, "We have to learn such difficult choreography in just two lessons?! We only have a month until our debut... what should I do?!" (laughs)

Here's what's amazing about member XX!
On stage with REBUN, she captivates with her cute expressions, winks, and smooth performances using her long limbs, but in real life, she's so naturally innocent. I'm always soothed by that contrast.

What are you most looking forward to doing with this team from now on?
New approaches and dances that can only be seen in "FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION"

◯What do you think "FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION" is?
A place where you can grow as a person while making someone smile through dance.

Look at this part of me!
Her graceful movements, honed through ballet, her meticulous expression down to her fingertips, her ever-changing facial expressions, and her radiant smiles—she cherishes each and every performance, hoping to convey a sense of "fun!" to everyone who watches.

If you had to choose your own entrance music for the 2026 season, which would it be?
WANIMA "Tomoni"

Finally, a message to the readers of Pacific League Insight...

"Thank you for reading to the end! I will cherish each and every stage and do my best to bring smiles and energy to everyone. If you see me at the stadium, I would be happy if you would feel free to call out to me, 'Uttan!' I am looking forward to seeing you all!"

[FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION]
Established in 2026 as a sister group to Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters' official cheerleading team, "The Fighters Girls," this "next-generation co-creation performance team" began its activities on May 29, 2026, with 10 initial members, aiming to evolve ES CON FIELD Hokkaido and F Village into world-class ballparks, based on the team's "Fan Service 1st" philosophy. Its greatest feature is that it transcends the traditional role of performers and operates as a "community cast" that connects people, spaces, and experiences. Its goal is to transform every location within the facility into a stage, creating a special day that goes beyond just the game, uniting fans right in front of them. Another major appeal of this project is that it regularly shares the members' real-life growth stories through video content, allowing fans to watch and grow alongside them.
