The Saitama Seibu Lions will send three players who are under contract as development players for the 2026 season—pitcher Chazze Fred (from Uganda), pitcher Isabile Musa Azed (from Uganda), and outfielder Carlos Torber (from Slovenia)—to the Shinano Grandserows of the Route Inn BC League.
