On the 25th, Orix Buffaloes The Buffaloes announced that the members of the team's official dance and vocal unit, "BsGravity," for the 2026 season have been decided.

This season marks the third year for the group, the first mixed-gender group in baseball, and the 12 elite vocalists and performers will be passionately supporting the team as they aim to win the league and regain the title of Japan's best team.

The focus is on the "first" male leader and returning members

The 2026 season will see the group continue with 5 continuing members and 7 new members, for a total of 12 members (9 BsGirls, 3 BsGuys). Of particular note is the new structure that will steer the group.

・New leader: RYUTO (BsGuys) RYUTO, who has been a core member of the group since its inception, has been elected as the first leader of BsGuys.
Sub-leader: AKANE (BsGirls) AKANE has dreamed of joining BsGirls since she was in middle school, and made that dream come true last season. In just her second year with the team, she has already become a pillar of the team.
・Comeback: NANAMI (BsGirls) NANAMI, who was active as a member of BsGirls in 2020, is returning this season. We can expect a performance backed by her experience.

The new "BsGravity2026" will be fully launched on Monday, January 26th, primarily through social media. They are also set to release a new song this spring, and will be performing at their training camp in Miyazaki and appearing at various events.

These 12 members, each with new charm and potential, will support Orix Buffaloes The Buffaloes with their powerful singing voices and performances.
