Seibu Lions announced on the 1st that they have started accepting reservations for the 2027 'Saitama Seibu Lions Original Osechi' on the official EC site, The Lions Store Online, from 11:00 AM on Wednesday, September 30th.

This three-tier Osechi set features a rich variety of Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes, accompanied by four limited-edition bonuses including a cooler bag and decorative envelopes. This year, the tiers are presented in a profound "Legend Blue" color symbolizing The Lions, packed tightly with a diverse assortment of New Year's cuisine. The first and second tiers contain traditional Japanese dishes, while the third tier is filled with Western and Chinese flavors, making it enjoyable for all generations from children to adults.

The assortment features a total of 41 items, including the popular annual red wine-marinated Japanese Black beef roast beef, rolled omelets branded with the L mark to express The Lions' identity, and a newly added rare cheesecake topped with Iyo citrus peel that is perfect for dessert.

As a special bonus, an original 'Oju' (tiered food box) featuring the team mascot Leo, along with a 'cooler bag,' 'Pochi-bukuro' (money envelopes), and 'Chopstick sleeves (with chopsticks)' are also provided. Reservations are open until Friday, December 4th, and will close as soon as the planned sales quantity is reached.
