"I participated in this fundraising activity because I wanted to help those affected by the disaster in any way I could. There wasn't much damage in my immediate area, but I know there are still areas that have been affected and where recovery is not progressing. I hope that we can help them return to their normal lives as soon as possible. I am truly grateful that so many people have cooperated with us players through this activity. I know there are people who are not in a position to watch baseball, but I hope that by the team winning, we can bring some positive news and energy to the people of Chiba. We will continue to work hard as a team to bring good results to Chiba."
