Lotte announced that, as part of its social contribution project "MARINES LINKS," it will be collecting donations for victims of the 2026 Kumamoto earthquake during its games against Seibu Lions on April 4th and 5th (ZOZO Marine Stadium) and against Orix Buffaloes from April 7th to 9th (ZOZO Marine Stadium).

During the period, donation boxes will be set up inside ZOZO Marine Stadium, and players will also be conducting fundraising activities on the 4th. The recipient of the relief funds will be announced once it has been officially decided. The time and location of the fundraising activities will be posted on the team's official website.

The Lotte Players Association issued a statement saying, "We extend our deepest sympathies to all those affected by the 2026 Kumamoto Earthquake and the subsequent related disasters. We also express our sincere respect to all those working tirelessly toward recovery and reconstruction. Many people in the affected areas are still living in anxiety. As Chiba Lotte Marines Players Association, we have decided to conduct a fundraising campaign with the hope of providing some assistance. We hope that the warm support we receive from everyone will be of help to those affected. We pray that recovery and reconstruction will progress as quickly as possible and that peaceful daily life will return."
