​Chiba Lotte Marines Koki Yamaguchi player hit his 17th solo home run. It was a new solo run that broke his career high of Home Run set in 2022.

Top of the 1st inning, one out, runner no pitchers. The battle with the opposing starter Alen Kuri pitcher was count 3-2 after 5 pitches. On the sixth pitch, he swung the slider high and hit the ball to left field. The ball shot at a good angle flew straight into the stands where the fans were waiting.

Although he failed to produce results in March and April and readjusted his farm team, after being promoted in May, he consistently racked up hits and maintained a strong .315 batting average (pre-game) in July. He has hit four Home Run in these six games. The team has not win Kyocera Dome Osaka this season. Ending the losing streak, he scored a promising first goal.
