On July 21, in the third round of the farm regular season against Chiba Lotte Marines Orix Buffaloes held in Lotte Urawa Baseball Stadium, Orix Buffaloes win 3-2.

In the top of the fourth, Orix Buffaloes took the lead with a doble leadoff Yusuke Mugitani and a timely hit by Ryoma Ikeda with two outs. Then, in the top of the fifth, Seiya Yokoyama scored a Home Run for the first time since May 16, adding another run.

Starting pitcher Kazuma Sato pitcher took runner in the first inning with two Walk but managed to get out of the jam by hitting out the next inning. He continued to close the gaps and remained scoreless through four innings. In the bottom of the fifth, with one out and a runner on first, Daito Yamamoto player made a timely doble to give up one run, but Reid held the defense and retired the mound with 94 pitches, 7 hit, 4 walks Hit by Pitch 6 strike out 1 runs over 6 innings.

In the bottom of the 7th, Reiji Higashiyama pitcher retired three batters in order, but in the bottom of the 8th, Ryusei Gonda pitcher gave up Rui Katsumata 's first solo homer, bringing the game to the starting point. However, in the top of the 9th, Haruto Mikata created a good opportunity with one out and a runner on third with doble and sacrifice bunt. Yokoyama hit a timely hit to take the lead. In the bottom of the 9th, Matthew pitcher closed the game 3-2.

Yokoyama posted a 2-hit 2-RBI performance, including a go-ahead hit. Ikeda also recorded 2 hit 1 RBI, and the team achieved three consecutive wins, including a draw. Notably, second-year pitcher Higashiyama, who made his regular season debut on June 14, has recorded six consecutive runs games since his debut.

On the other hand, Chiba Lotte Marines started Shuta Takano pitcher, pitching 4 innings, 3 hit 1 runs. The lineup outperformed the opponent in a total of 9 hit, but couldn't capitalize on the opportunities. Acevedo and Shinya Matsuishi recorded 2 hit, and Katsumata recorded Home Run for the first time in two seasons.
