One of the joys of watching baseball is the stadium food! Here are some of the best dishes you can eat at the home stadiums of the six Pacific League teams.
This time, we're featuring Belluna Dome 's "Kyoto-style meat udon with kelp and 6 kinds of dried fish flakes by Shinya Hasegawa."

From Kyoto Shinya Hasegawa The Kyoto-style meat udon, produced by the player, features a specially crafted broth. Based on player Hasegawa's request for "something that can be drunk to the last drop," they went through numerous trials and finally blended six types of seafood broth.
The meat used as a topping is beef thigh, so that the fat doesn't separate even when the broth is cold. The green onions also consist mostly of the flavorful leafy parts. You can also add ginger or sesame seeds to your liking.
The fact that it comes in a drink cup makes it easy to enjoy even at the stadium, which is a nice touch.
