Lotte catcher Ryusei Terachi (20) started starting line-up as the "number 5 batter and third baseman." In the second inning, with his team trailing by one run, he hit a game-tying solo home run to right field off Nippon-Ham starting right-handed pitcher, Tatsuya.

"I think it was fork. I'm glad I was able to connect with it on the first try!" he said excitedly about his first home run since the game against Nippon-Ham on the 2nd (at Escon Stadium).
