An exhibition game between Fukuoka Softbank and Saitama Seibu Lions will be held at Ivy Stadium from 12:30 on March 1st.

This is Fukuoka Softbank 's first exhibition game. Yoshiyasu Sasakawa, a sixth-year player, hit Home Run in a friendly match against the Taiwanese national team held in Taiwan on the 26th. Last season, he had a batting average of .266 with a league-leading 12 Home Run and 64 RBI in the minor leagues, but only had a batting average of .213 with one Home Run run in the major leagues. He hopes to make a big leap this season and make an impact starting with the exhibition games.

On the Saitama Seibu Lions Lions, Manaya Nishikawa is the one to watch. He had two hit and one RBI in the previous game, contributing to the team's win. Last season, he played in a career-high 124 games and won his first Golden Glove Award.
