Hokkaido Nippon-Ham to open in spring 2028; construction begins on commercial and office facilities at F Village

It has been decided that a new commercial and office facility will be developed within Hokkaido Ballpark F Village. ESCON Sports & Entertainment Co., Ltd. will be in charge of development, and it is scheduled to open in spring 2028.

The planned site is located halfway between the new JR station and the baseball stadium, making it a highly convenient location with direct access from the deck. This will be the first rental office facility development within F Village.

Saitama Seibu Lions Yuta Kuroki undergoes right shoulder surgery

It was announced that Saitama Seibu Lions Lions pitcher Yuta Kuroki underwent arthroscopic cleaning of his right shoulder joint on the 20th to improve his physical condition. He is expected to be out of action for three months.

This will be the first time a foreign player has served as team captain in 28 years, since Julio Franco in 1998. The captain's armband (patch) will also be available for purchase separately at The Marines Store.
