◆ "LUXAS Samurai Japan Series 2026" Chunichi vs. Japan (28th, Vantelin Dome)

Samurai Japan support members Seibu Lions and Keisuke Nakata infielder were captivated by defense the diving catch of Fukunaga's left-center field ball from first base with one out in the fifth inning. The night before, on the 27th, he hit a doble pitch directly to right field wall from first base with no outs in the 8th inning with a three-run lead. The first time I saw him, I thought he was a good player.

In the same support lineup, Lotte Daito Yamamoto outfielder, who had been playing since the defense of the 4th inning, also hit a 2-run timely hit from the 5th inning with 1 out and 1 out bases loaded with a 2-run lead, contributing to the Samurai lineup scoring 5 runs in 1 inning.
