On the 26th, Lotte announced that they will be holding a special Pokémon production game called "Pokémon Baseball Festa 2026 - Putting 30 years of feelings into the ball" at Orix Buffaloes games (Zozo Marine Stadium) from May 15th (Friday) to 17th (Sunday).
This year marks the 30th anniversary of the release of "Pokémon Red and Green," and 12 professional baseball teams are collaborating with Pokémon to promote the game. The Marines players will wear special caps featuring the team's initial logo, "M," combined with Pikachu, during practice and during games.
In addition, Pikachu will be dressed in a The Marines uniform and appear both inside and outside the stadium, adding to the excitement of the event with special effects. Additionally, a partner Pokémon has been selected for each of the 12 professional baseball teams in this project, with The Marines being chosen as the "Camome." Original merchandise featuring the Camome design will be on sale, and the character will also appear on the screens.
Tickets for the opening games against Orix Buffaloes The Buffaloes from May 15th (Fri) to 17th (Sun) will go on sale sequentially, starting with a web-exclusive lottery sale for paid fan club members' special seats from 10:00 AM on March 13th (Fri).

"I'm truly thrilled to be able to play while wearing the Pokémon I've always admired. Our team will work together to deliver a game that will heat up the stadium, just like Pikachu's '100,000 Volts'! The ball may not be a Poké Ball, but we'll definitely go for win!"

"Fans often tell me that my face resembles Dragonite, so I personally feel like this collaboration is fate (laughs). With hyper beam power that rivals Dragonite's, I will contribute to my team's win!"
