◆ Manaya Nishikawa "This year's L-Vision filming was different from usual, it was flashy and amazing!"
Seibu Lions will host six games at Belluna Dome between Tuesday, March 31st and Sunday, April 5th as the "2026 Opening Series." At the home opener Orix Buffaloes on Tuesday, March 31st, they will be handing out bracelet-shaped lights that will light up in sync with the in-stadium performances at Belluna Dome, and will also be handing out merchandise to attendees at the two weekend games.
The "bracelet-shaped light" in the shape of the team's mascot, Leo, changes to nine colors to match the lighting effects in the stadium. It lights up when the starting lineup is announced, during victory ceremonies after win, and when The Lions players hit home run, and can be used all year round as an item to liven up the stadium. This year's home games will feature new effects using laser lights and wirelessly controlled lights, as well as light-themed videos broadcast on the stadium's vision.
For the games Rakuten Eagles on Saturday, April 4th and Sunday, April 5th, "Initial Logo Vests" will be distributed on Saturday, April 4th, and "Wordmark Parkas" on Sunday, April 5th. The padded vests and fleece-lined parkas are sure to be useful at the stadium during the slightly chilly period after the opening game.
Additionally, at the three games on April 2nd (Thursday), 4th (Saturday), and 5th (Sunday), there will be special spring break events for children, such as a "Kids' Big Raffle" where they can win balls autographed by players, and up to 30 minutes of unlimited play time at the Teikyō Kids Field.
[Comment from Manaya Nishikawa] I want all The Lions fans to come see us play at Belluna Dome, and I'm really looking forward to competing again this year with those roaring cheers behind us. This year's L-Vision filming was different than usual, flashy and amazing! I hope you'll all look forward to it. The opening game of the professional baseball is as a visitor, but six straight games at home are still special, so I look forward to seeing everyone there. Let's all win!
