Chiba Lotte Marines will donate a total of 454 sets of baseball equipment to elementary schools in Chiba Prefecture as part of the "Chiba Smile Kids Project" initiative.

The "Chiba Kids Smile Project" is an initiative led by the Chiba Lotte Marines in collaboration with partner companies. It aims to create opportunities for children to become familiar with sports and discover the joy of baseball.

The equipment to be donated this time includes a set of baseball gear such as tee-ball bats, balls, equipment baskets, and Target Nine (a target-hitting game). Regardless of whether they have baseball experience, the goal is to create an environment where children can continuously enjoy baseball at each elementary school, such as by utilizing the gear in "baseball-style classes" where they can engage in baseball-type exercises while having fun.
