Lotte announced on March 26 that eight players, including Misho Nishikawa outfielder (22), will appear in a "Koala March" character-style illustration.

The illustrations are cute depictions of players transformed into koalas pitching, hitting, and running. In addition to Nishikawa, Yokoyama, Kimura, Hiroike, Terachi, Ueda, Miyazaki, and Yamamoto also appear. The illustrations will be used in various projects offered by the team's official fan club, TEAM26, as well as in merchandise redeemable for fan club points. Nishikawa commented, "I'm honored to be featured in a character-style illustration of 'Koala's March,' a song I've loved for a long time. I never thought I'd become such a cute koala (laughs). I hope all the fans enjoy it too. This season, inspired by 'Koala's March,' I'll take one step at a time and move forward with a positive attitude, aiming to become the team's batting hitter and hit double-digit Home Run, and do my best to contribute to the team."
