
On the 15th, Lotte announced that it will sign a cap advertising sponsorship contract with Hyundai Mobility Japan Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Hyundai) through 2026.
Starting with spring training, which begins on February 1st, players will be wearing caps with the "Hyundai" logo. In addition, to commemorate this initiative, a giveaway campaign will be held in which players will be entered into a lottery to win autographed merchandise from players. For details, please see Hyundai's campaign page. The team began a relief car partnership with Hyundai in August last year, and this is the second such initiative.
pitcher Rikuto Yokoyama (24), who serves as the players' association president, commented, "I am very happy to receive further support following the relief car. The new cap features the 'Hyundai' logo, and I honestly think it looks very cool. I am looking forward to the day when I put on the new cap design and take to mound at Zozo Marine Stadium."
