The first goal is to win the league championship and become number one in Japan, and then evolve into an organization that can achieve sustainable growth in both the team and business.

Chiba Lotte Marines will pursue their ideal form of baseball by thoroughly building a team with a strong determination to win.

"Enhancing the value of The Marines brand"
Aiming to become a team that fans and the local community can be proud of, we will work to maximize the value of Chiba Lotte Marines from a multifaceted perspective, including in conjunction with the development projects for the new farm facility and new home stadium.
Based on these themes, the team and business will each work to formulate and realize action plans, aiming to become a baseball club organization with even greater competitiveness than ever before.
