On the 15th, Lotte announced that Shogo Nakamura, along with former player Toshiaki Imae, visited Chiba Children's Hospital and interacted with hospitalized children.

They also made a donation to Millefeuille Pediatric Cancer Frontiers, a certified NPO that supports pediatric cancer patients, survivors, and their families. (The donations from both individuals are used for the organization's baseball game tours and support activities.)

"The children were happy today, which made us happy as well. We hope that by coming to the hospital, the children will feel even a little more positive. Next season, we would like to play in games and bring energy to the children, so that we can encourage them."
