◆ Seibu Lions Pacific League: Seibu vs. Rakuten Eagles (28th, Belluna Dome)
Rakuten Eagles outfielder Ryosuke Tatsumi achieved his 1,000th career game appearance, becoming the 548th player in history to do so. After the end of the fifth inning, he received a commemorative board and bowed to those around him.
He joined the team as the first-round draft pick from Ritsumeikan University in 2018 and reached this milestone in his eighth year. A defense specialist who has avoided major injuries so far, he has won the Golden Glove Award for five consecutive years since 2021. He will continue to build his career from here.
