Rakuten Eagles outfielder Tsubasa Yoshino was removed from the active roster on the 3rd.

Yoshina appeared in the starting line-up as the number seven right fielder in the match against the Orix Buffaloes on the previous day, the 2nd. He was substituted mid-game after going 0 hits in 3 At Bats with 2 struck out. Although he was promoted to the first team on August 25th, he has gone 0 hits in 13 At Bats over 4 games. His first professional hit has been put on hold.

Manager Yoshii spoke about Yoshino after the game. He explained, 'Since he repeated the same kind of mistake today, I'm sending him down to the second team. I want him to start over and work hard in the minors until his next challenge.'
