​Chiba Lotte Marines Shingo Ishikawa player fired a timely two-point doble to tie the game.

In the top of the sixth, trailing by two runs, pinch hitter Naonori Yasuda and Koki Yamaguchi hit rapidly, and Soto hit a Walk, creating a one-out bases loaded opportunity. Shin Ishikawa, batting sixth and DH, made his first starting line-up appearance in about three months since May 6, swinging through the fourth pitch, a low breaking ball thrown by the opposing starter Takayuki Kato pitcher. The ball broke past the third baseman, allowing both players to score.

Shin Ishikawa spent about two months training at the farm until July 20. He responded to the call for the hit for the first time since April 21.
