Orix Buffaloes pitcher Yasuto Takashima left the mound after five innings, allowing 4 hit and 1 runs.

In the first inning, lead-off hitter Masaki hit a single to left, but he retired Shuto on a groundout to second, Kondo on a flyout to right, and Kurihara on a groundout to second for no runs. In the second inning, he allowed a doble to left-center to Kawase with two outs, but he struck out Hirose swinging.

In the third inning, with one out, Masaki carried the ball to center field, but Shuto hit a grounder to double play to shortstop. Immediately after receiving four runs of support, in the fourth inning, he had leadoff Kondo run in Walk, but retired Kurihara to center, Yanagida to grounder to second, and Yu Yamamoto to third.

In the fifth inning, with one out, Hirose hit a single to center field, and then consecutive Walk were given to Shoji and Masaki, creating a bases-bases loaded situation with one out. A run was scored when Shuto double play a ground ball to second base that was broken up. However, Kondo closer on a fly ball to left field, escaping the inning with minimal runs.
