◆ Pacific League League: Lotte vs. Seibu Lions (21st, ZOZO Marine Stadium)

Nippon-Ham outfielder Chusei Mannami has been removed from the active roster. Due to a lower body injury, he missed the games against Seibu Lions on the 13th (at Escon Stadium) and Orix Buffaloes on the 14th (at Kyocera Dome). He returned for the game against Orix on the 15th, but missed the games against Softbank Hawks on the 19th and 20th (at Escon Stadium). Manami has played in 107 games this season, batting .259 with 20 Home Run and 50 RBI.

After the game on the 14th, manager Shinjo said, "He seems to have some discomfort when running. And when it comes to defense. I don't think it's a big problem, though. He's been playing all the time, so it might have been just right for him."

Additionally, pitcher Tsubasa Namatame has been removed from the roster due to a torn internal oblique muscle in his left abdomen. He underwent an examination at a hospital in Kitahiroshima on the 20th, and is expected to be out for approximately 6 to 8 weeks.

Instead, pitcher Kotaro Seimiya and outfielder Daiki Asama were added to the first-team roster.
