◆ Pacific League Orix Buffaloes 6-2 Nippon-Ham (14th, Kyocera Dome)

Nippon-Ham Fighters manager Tsuyoshi Shinjo commented on outfielder Chusei Mannami, who has been absent from games since the 13th against Seibu Lions (at Escon Stadium) due to a lower body condition.

Following his absence on the 13th, he also missed the game on this day. However, he did participate in batting practice before the game and even hit a massive home run.

Manager Shinjo said, "He seems to have some discomfort when it comes to running. As for defense, I don't think it's a big problem. He's been playing for a long time, so it might have been just right for him."
