◆ Pacific League: Nippon-Ham vs. Seibu Lions (12th, ES CON FIELD)

Having won their first direct confrontation on the 11th and climbed back up to second place, Seibu Lions will face Nippon-Ham at 6pm (Escon Stadium) in an attempt to extend their winning streak.

For the batting lineup, Taiga Hirasawa infielder, who had advanced to the third round of the second game of the summer Koshien, played as the cleanup hitter and left fielder. Takeya Nakamura infielder, in his 25th year as a pro, was listed in the starting line-up for five consecutive games as the fifth DH.

The starting pitcher will be Yutaro Watanabe, who is aiming for his fifth win of the season. He will be paired with first-round draft catcher Taiga Kojima.
