Today we're introducing HINATA from Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters official performance team, "The Fighters GIRL GENERATION."
Born in Okayama Prefecture on October 10th, her hobbies include watching baseball, and her special skill is being able to eat a record 26 plates of conveyor belt sushi.
HINATA is a highly skilled cheerleader with nine years of experience and a certified instructor's license. Since childhood, she has been submitting audition applications from her hometown of Okayama Prefecture for over a decade, always dreaming of becoming a The Fighters Girl. Furthermore, since the opening of ES CON FIELD Hokkaido, she has continued to work at the stadium's merchandise store while pursuing her dream of performing on that stage.
Having finally achieved her long-held dream, she shared her feelings about this opportunity, saying, "Even though it's in a different form than being The Fighters Girl, I've been able to take a step closer to the stage I've always admired. As an original member, I feel that this is a truly wonderful and once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to create something with our own unique style." Currently, as sub-leader, she leads the team alongside leader KAHO.

What were your childhood dreams?
The Fighters Girl since kindergarten.
What is the most moving experience you've ever had in your life?
Having been a part of the cheerleading team I was a part of for many years, hearing people say things like, "I want to be like Hinata-chan," and "Hinata-chan gives me energy and smiles," made me incredibly happy. I had always aimed to be that kind of person, so actually hearing those words made me so happy and motivated me to work even harder.
What are you grateful for in your life?
The presence of family.
My parents, who have raised me with so much love since I was born, and my younger sister, with whom I've always respected each other despite our arguments and helped each other grow in everything we did, are truly treasures to me. They are precious and beloved people with whom I can never express enough gratitude.

What surprised you when the activities started?
Even though we all had different dance experience and genres, we all shared the same goal, seriousness, and feelings: to create a stage performance within a short period of one month.
What do you find most difficult about your activities right now?
My challenge lies in putting into practice how we can make ES CON FIELD Hokkaido more enjoyable for a wider range of fans. I'm finding it difficult to go beyond mental training and simulations and actually put it into practice.
◯What were your impressions on your first day of practice?
I'm really looking forward to it...! ! That's the only option.

The entertainment world we created, starting completely from scratch.

Finally, a message to the readers of Pacific League Insight...

[FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION]
Established in 2026 as a sister group to Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters' official cheerleading team, "The Fighters Girls," this "next-generation co-creation performance team" began its activities on May 29, 2026, with 10 initial members, aiming to evolve ES CON FIELD Hokkaido and F Village into world-class ballparks, based on the team's "Fan Service 1st" philosophy. Its greatest feature is that it transcends the traditional role of performers and operates as a "community cast" that connects people, spaces, and experiences. Its goal is to transform every location within the facility into a stage, creating a special day that goes beyond just the game, uniting fans right in front of them. Another major appeal of this project is that it regularly shares the members' real-life growth stories through video content, allowing fans to watch and grow alongside them.
