A Q&A with AYARI!

◯How would you describe your personality in one word?
I hate to lose.

What are some essential warnings that should always be included in your "instruction manual"?
I eat a lot! I laugh loudly! If I have no plans, I sleep all day! When I get hungry, I suddenly become quiet lol

I love "〇〇"!
Gachapon collection

I'm not good at "〇〇"!
I have a terrible sense of direction.

What were your childhood dreams?
I wanted to do a job where I could help others, so my dream was to work in the medical field.

What is the most moving experience you've ever had in your life?
It was when I competed in rhythmic gymnastics at the Inter-High School Championships, the National Sports Festival, and the National Selection Tournament during my high school years. The tension and excitement I felt then...it's a sight I'll never forget!

What are you grateful for in your life?
My rhythmic gymnastics coach from elementary school.
I learned not only technical skills, but also the importance of perseverance and hard work, which has become the foundation of my life today.
The other person is the director of the hospital where I work.
They nurtured me from scratch when I was completely helpless, and supported my growth not only as a dental hygienist but also as a person. Now they wholeheartedly support my dreams and goals!

What inspired you to start dancing?
I have no experience in dance. I started rhythmic gymnastics when I was four years old. Back then, I saw the older girls dancing in their sparkly costumes and thought, "I want to wear one too!", so I started rhythmic gymnastics.

◯What's your phone's wallpaper?
Photos from when I went to Disneyland

What would you want to eat as your last meal?
Ramen is the only option.

What surprised you when the activities started?
I'm so happy that so many people remember my name and face, more than I ever imagined. I'm truly grateful for the warm support I receive at every match.

What do you find most difficult about your activities right now?
My goal is to continue delivering smiles and performances while feeling the flow of the game and the overall atmosphere of the stadium. I'm learning and challenging myself in every game.

◯What were your impressions on your first day of practice?
Everyone learned the choreography so quickly that I was struggling just to keep up.

Here's what's amazing about member XX!
RINO's dance moves are truly amazing. Every single movement is sharp and precise, and it's captivating just to watch. She learns choreography quickly and is always incredibly stable during performances! She's reliable, and I'm always inspired by watching her performances.

What I look forward to is growing together with all the members through lots of practice. And I'm excited to create lots of memories with our fans at the stadium!

Finally, a message to the readers of Pacific League Insight...

"Thank you for reading to the end! I will do my best to bring smiles and energy to many people, transcending the boundaries of different teams! I look forward to seeing you at the stadium!"

[FIGHTERS GIRL GENERATION]
Established in 2026 as a sister group to Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters' official cheerleading team, "The Fighters Girls," this "next-generation co-creation performance team" began its activities on May 29, 2026, with 10 initial members, aiming to evolve ES CON FIELD Hokkaido and F Village into world-class ballparks, based on the team's "Fan Service 1st" philosophy. Its greatest feature is that it transcends the traditional role of performers and operates as a "community cast" that connects people, spaces, and experiences. Its goal is to transform every location within the facility into a stage, creating a special day that goes beyond just the game, uniting fans right in front of them. Another major appeal of this project is that it regularly shares the members' real-life growth stories through video content, allowing fans to watch and grow alongside them.
