Today, July 1st, Kimitsu City announced the "(tentative name) Sadamoto Comprehensive Park Development Basic Plan" regarding the development of a new farm team facility for Chiba Lotte Marines. The plan, named "CO-FIELD KIMITSU," aims to enhance the team's training environment and become a new landmark not only in Kimitsu City but also in the southern Chiba area, attracting many people on a daily basis, not just on game days.

The new farm facility is scheduled to open in 2030. The special website for Kimitsu City has also released images of the completed park, as well as images of the stadium and plaza zones.
