Rakuten Eagles 's pitcher Kenta Maeda will start in the game against Orix Buffaloes on the 15th.

This season, he has appeared in 8 games, with a record of 2 wins and 3 losses ERA of 2.97. In his last 3 appearances, he has pitched 20 2/3 innings and allowed only 3 runs, demonstrating exceptional consistency. He is currently on a two-game winning streak and has suddenly improved his form.

Orix Buffaloes Among them is Nakagawa, a junior from PL Gakuen.“Since there’s a PL junior on the team, I’ll do my best so that closer can happen,” he said eagerly. This will be their first matchup. “He’s a good hitter, isn’t he? I get the impression that he really thinks things through when he steps into the batter’s box. I think he’s the kind of player who makes the best choice for the situation at hand, so from pitcher ’s perspective, he’s a tough hitter to face,” he said, expressing caution.

If they secure a win on the 15th, it will be their 100th victory in NPB history. They will mark this milestone win at their home stadium.
