
Rakuten Eagles Eagles pitcher Ren Kajiya (34) met the requirements to become a domestic free agent (FA) on the 2nd. Kajiya joined Softbank Hawks from JR Kyushu as the first overall pick in the 2013 draft. He played for Hanshin Tigers for four years from 2021 and for Rakuten Eagles from 2025. He has appeared in a total of 305 games, with a record of 15 wins and 16 losses ERA 3.88.
He has appeared in 29 games this season, compiling a record of 2 wins and 2 losses with ERA of 3.67, and has been a valuable asset to the team.
