Softbank Hawks 's winning streak against Nippon-Ham ended at eight games. Starting Ryosuke Otsu gave up a run in the fourth inning after allowing consecutive RBI hits to Chusei Mannami and Yuki Nomura, and then gave up a solo home run to Reyes in the sixth inning, his 14th of the season.
