Nippon-Ham announced on the 19th that they have signed a professional contract with pitcher Koki Matsuoka (25). number will be 93.

Matsuoka joined Seibu Lions Lions in the 2019 draft as the third pick. He joined Nippon-Ham in the 2022 offseason active player draft. In 2024 he was placed on a development contract, and returned to the main roster in 2025. This season he was playing on his second development contract.
