　ＮＰＢでは３９１１日ぶりの白星を目指して先発した楽天の前田健太投手は、５回４安打２失点で降板した。

　互いに無得点の２回無死一塁。阪神・大山に投じた２球目。甘く入ったカーブを左翼席に運ばれ先制を許すと、マウンドでぼう然と立ち尽くし「大山選手への一球がもったいなかったです」と痛恨の一球を悔やんだ。
