Lotte's Naonori Yasuda infielder (27) delivered a clutch performance. Trailing 1–2 with two outs and no runners on base in the ninth inning runner, he launched his second solo home run of the season into the middle deck of the right-field stands off The Giants 's closer, Martinez.

It was his first home run since the game Hanshin Tigers on May 30th (at ZOZO Marine Stadium). The Lotte fans in the left field stands gave him a huge ovation.
