Lotte's Neftalí Soto hit his 200th Home Run in NPB history during the game The Giants on the 5th.

Soto's fourth at-bat with two outs and no runner in the ninth inning was marked by Ondai Inoue's eighth pitch, a 150 km/h fastball thrown from a 2-ball, 2-strike field, marking his fifth two-run two-run of the season. This marked Soto's 200th career home run Home Run in NPB.

Soto commented through the team, "I never dreamed I would be able to hit 200 home run here in Japan. I am grateful to God for giving me the chance to achieve Home Run. I want to continue to add up many more home run from now on."
