Lotte announced on June 1 that Tsuyoshi Tanimura infielder will be dispatched to the Chiba Sky Salers of the BC League. The period is scheduled from June 5 to September 5. (The period may be subject to change.)

Tanimura commented through the team, "I will work hard every day to confront my own challenges and become a valuable asset to the team. I will do my best to show my own style of play in any situation and contribute to the team."

So far this season, Tanimura has played in 15 games for the minor league team, batting .226 Home Run and 4 RBI. In May, he played in 6 games and posted a batting average of .286.
