This time, we introduce the official cheer performer of Chiba Lotte Marines, M☆Splash!! (M-Splash)" new member KOHARU.

Born in Koto Ward, Tokyo, 153 cm tall, hobby is visiting curry restaurants.

KOHARU, a new member with expressive skills cultivated through dance and a backing ground raised in an environment where baseball is close by. Drawing on experience of touching on the feelings of those who support the players, M☆Splash!! said, "We want to deliver performances where the entire stadium is united as one." and successfully became a member.

What is the most moving experience you've ever had in your life?
Passing the M☆Splash!! audition.
I've auditioned many times before, and this was the first audition I ever got accepted into.
I was so happy and moved when I received the email saying I passed the first round of selections.

What are you grateful for in your life?
Father and Mother
They didn't discourage me from pursuing my passions, such as studying abroad in America, and allowed me to fully experience them.
I also want to become a parent like my own parents.

What inspired you to start dancing?
I've loved dancing since I was little, and I started going to a dance studio after a friend of mine was taking dance lessons.

Where do you want to go most right now?
Los Angeles!

I handle work in a wide variety of genres!
I only had the image of them working at the baseball stadium, so I was surprised to learn that they also do media appearances.

Cheerleading
This is a new genre for me, so I'm struggling.

I'd love to know how you manage to shine so brightly!!

I was completely overwhelmed by the power of the seniors' dancing when I saw it up close.

What are you most looking forward to doing with this team from now on?
I'm looking forward to performing a dance unlike any other, with unique staging that only M☆Splash!! can offer!

【M☆Splash!!】
Celebrating their 23rd year together this year, "M☆Splash!!" is a cheerleading group that supports The Marines alongside the fans, creating an exciting atmosphere at the stadium through their dance performances on ground.
Outside the stadium, she actively engages in community service activities such as appearing at events in Chiba Prefecture, visiting schools, and participating in volunteer work. She also focuses on nurturing the next generation as an instructor at the team's official kids dance school, "The Marines Dance Academy (MDA)."
For the 2026 season, the team will expand to a total of 22 members, including eight new members. Wearing new costumes based on the concept of "coexistence of individuality and team unity," they will deliver powerful and spectacular performances to support The Marines 'win.
