Nippon Professional baseball (NPB) and SKY Perfect JSAT Corporation announced the winners of the March/April "SKY PerfecTV! walk-off Award" on the 15th. From Central League, Chunichi Dragons' Kaito Muramatsu (first time winner) received the award, and from Pacific League Chiba Lotte Marines' Kyota Fujiwara (first time winner) also received the award.

Vantelin Dome Muramatsu hit a dramatic comeback walk-off three-run shot to the lights with one out and runners on second and third in the bottom of the ninth inning against Yakult Nagoya on April 24.

Fujiwara gave up a comeback walk-off two runs doble with two outs and a runner on third in the bottom of the ninth inning against Softbank Hawks at Zozo Marine Stadium on April 3.

Fujiwara said through the baseball team, "Thank you very much for selecting me for the March/April SKY PerfecTV Monthly Award! walk-off Thank you very much for selecting me for the March and April SKY PerfecTV! It was the first walk-off hit I hit since becoming a professional player, and I was very impressed with it, and I was happy that the team was able to win. Looking back on that scene, I was attacked by fastball throughout the game, so I was thinking more about going for fastball than about making a decision myself, and I was only thinking about the game against pitcher. I think I was very focused on the at-bat. After I hit the ball, I knew when I rounded first base that it was walk-off, but when everyone came from the bench, I didn't know what to do because it was my first time, but I remember I was really happy anyway. Now that I'm injured, I'm going to focus on healing and not rushing so that I can get back to work as soon as possible.
