Starting pitcher Takashi Kato delivered a brilliant performance, throwing 90 pitches over 8 innings, allowing only 3 hit and no runs, earning his fourth win of the season.

The batting lineup, using the same starting starting line-up for the first time this season, recorded double-digit hit for the third consecutive game.
