Rakuten Eagles announced on the 1st that it will start accepting "baseball-type" on-site classes for former professional baseball players and qualified Rakuten Eagles academy coaches who are qualified such as junior high and high school physical education teacher's licenses for elementary school 3rd ~ 6th graders in Miyagi Prefecture.
This initiative is implemented with the aim of "promoting baseball" and "supporting educational settings." Through the characteristics of baseball "individual challenge" and "team cooperation"—it aims to create opportunities for children to get active and experience the joy of baseball.
Furthermore, the program is designed so that even children with no baseball experience or those who are not good at sports can participate with confidence. Addressing teachers' concerns such as "Will children with no baseball experience enjoy it?" and "How can we create a class where everyone feels a sense of unity?", experienced academy coaches will carefully support children from their perspective, teaching everything from basic movements to the joy of teamwork.
