Chiba Lotte Marines will hold a "STAR WARS NIGHT" themed around the movie "Star Wars" during their game Chunichi on June 9th. This event is being held to commemorate the simultaneous release in Japan and the US on May 22, 2026, of the latest installment in the series, "Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Glogou," which has continued to captivate fans around the world across generations since its release in 1977.
On the day of the event, a special production will be held to express the world of Star Wars through video and music on the stadium's screens, and fans dressed as characters from the film will come from all over the world to liven up the entire stadium.
Also, starting today, the 14th, advertisements for the movie "Star Wars: The Mandalorian and Glogoo" will be displayed on the grass in the right and left fields of ground.
Incidentally, in the "STAR WARS NIGHT" held on April 16th last season, Chiba Lotte Marines win Hokkaido Nippon-Ham 4-0.
