I would like to introduce HARUKA from Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles official cheerleader "Tohoku Golden Angels".
Born in Miyagi Prefecture on June 26, her nickname is Harupyon, Haruka-san. Her hobbies are watching videos and walking.
This is HARUKA's sixth year with the group. Behind the continuation of her activities were the warm wishes of her fellow cheerleaders, her Jr. cheer students, and her fans. What inspired you to start dancing?
It all started when I was little and a friend invited me to try out at a cheerleading school.
Where would you like to travel to?
Okinawa!
I had the opportunity to visit for work and it was such a wonderful place that I would love to go again in my private time!

If the concept of calories disappeared from the world, what would you want to eat until you were full?
I want to eat lots of ramen and gummy candies! lol
◯What is your ideal way to spend a holiday?
I'm going to sleep a lot, eat a lot, and go shopping!
What are you grateful for in your life?
These are former Angels players.
I was able to dream of becoming an Angel because of the guidance I received from the Angels' teachers during my time at school. I am also filled with gratitude because the fact that the Angels are able to continue their activities with the support of so many people is all thanks to the past members who built the team.

Winter sports!
I've never skied or snowboarded before, so I'd like to give it a try!

Cheerleaders don't often get to see the results of their efforts, so the words of encouragement from our fans are what motivate us. We want to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who always supports us!
◯What aspects of yourself do you think have grown since joining "Tohoku Golden Angels"?
I think my self-analysis skills and my ability to persevere and keep trying have improved especially.
Having members who push each other to improve is what has allowed me to grow so much!
◯Bragging about your team (Tohoku Golden Angels)!
This team is full of members who are overflowing with cheer spirit! They always have respect and gratitude for other members and those around them, and being with them makes you feel cheerful.
Also, their voices are incredibly loud! Lol. You can really tell they're cheerleaders! When you come to the stadium, be sure to pay attention to the Angels' cheering section!
◯What are the challenges you've set for yourself for the 2026 season?
Let's not forget to be grateful and enjoy ourselves with a positive attitude!
Even when I face difficult moments, I believe that they will lead to my personal growth, so I will keep moving forward with a positive attitude!

It's like a treasure chest.
This stadium is where I first dreamed of becoming an Angel, and where I fulfilled that dream. It's filled with happiness for me, being able to cheer on my beloved team together with all the fans.
◯How would you describe "Tohoku Golden Angels" in one word?
life!
I can't imagine my life without this team; they are an indispensable part of my life.
◯What do you think a "professional baseball cheer performer" is like?
They are people who take on challenges with determination.
Both the players and the fans have strong feelings about every single pitch. I believe that to stand in that space as a cheerleader, I need to have an equally strong resolve in order to contribute to the team's win.
If you had to choose your walk-up music for the 2026 season, which would it be?

[Tohoku Golden Angels]
Formed in 2005, the year the team was founded, this season marks their 22nd year as a cheerleading team. For the 2026 season, they have 25 members in total: 9 new members and 16 returning members. In addition to energizing the stadium and supporting the team through their performances, the cheerleading team also engages in PR activities through appearances in various media outlets and works as cheer dance school instructors, aiming to be a "bridge" connecting the team with fans and the local community.
They also place great importance on revitalizing the entire Tohoku region, and one of their distinguishing features is their active interaction with local people, such as visiting elementary and junior high schools throughout Tohoku and visiting kindergartens and nurseries with the team's official mascot.
