◇ Hokkaido Nippon-Ham F Village to develop its first rental residence.

It has been decided that the first rental residences will be developed within Hokkaido Ballpark F Village. Located adjacent to the "commercial and office facilities" that were recently announced, the development will be handled by Escon Sports & Entertainment Co., Ltd., and Kyoritsu Maintenance Co., Ltd. will be in charge of operation and management.

This will be the first rental residence development within F Village, and will serve as housing for students and those working near F Village, coinciding with the planned opening of Hokkaido University of Medical Sciences and rental offices in 2028. All 242 units will be fully equipped with a bathroom, toilet, kitchen, furniture, and appliances, and will be designed to provide a comfortable private space tailored to the individual lifestyle of each resident.

Furthermore, the shared spaces include a dining hall, lounge area, large public bath, and sauna, providing an environment for interaction and relaxation. From the perspective of meals and security, it is expected to be a fulfilling and safe base for both campus life and working life.

Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters announced that female ski jumper Sara Takanashi will throw first baseman pitch at their game against Fukuoka Softbank Hawks on Sunday, April 12th.
