Seibu Lions of Shuta Tonosaki infielder (33) was struck from the register due to the onset of back pain.

In exchange, second-year infielder Taiyo Sato (23) was promoted to the first team on the 11th.

During spring training, he started with the first team in Nango, Miyazaki, but due to poor physical condition, he joined the second and third teams in Haruno, Kochi, midway through, which "led to a review of defense aspects."
