Akihiko Oya, who appeared on "Pro baseball News 2026" broadcast on Fuji TV ONE on the 4th, commented on Nippon-Ham batting lineup.

On Orix Buffaloes 4th, Nippon-Ham win Orix 6-3 thanks to two three-run homers from Haruki Nishikawa and Yuki Nomura. With this victory, Nippon-Ham has now hit 20 home runs in 8 games, Home Run in both leagues.

Oya said, "It's amazing, it's not just one home run hitter, it's a lot of different people hitting four, four, three, two, two, two, with so many different people. You never know where home run the lineup is going to come out. It's a different home run way to win than the way we won last year. If I give myself a chance to make it, I think I'm going to get home run out of this, and the bench thinks so, too, and the people in runner think so, too, so I get extra strength and go with the wave," he said, surprised.

Oya also drew attention to the lower part of Nippon-Ham' batting order. "It's certainly impressive that they hit home run, but they also hit evenly across the order. Today, they created chances at the 7th, 8th, and 9th innings and brought the ball up. This resulted in runs, so the opposing pitcher had nowhere to relax," he said, describing their impressive performance.
