Chiba Lotte Marines vs. Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Open (8th, ES CON FIELD)

Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters' Tatsuki Mizuno scored two RBI with squeeze play and a timely hit.

fielder’s choice started as the sixth batter and short stop. Trailing by one point, he executed a safety squeeze in the bottom of the second inning with runners on first and third and no outs, tying the game. He survived and then scored on a timely hit by Yushin Shimizu to take the lead.

In the bottom of the third inning, right after giving up another run, he came up to bat again with a good opportunity with one out and a runner on second base, and hit a curveball on the fifth pitch to center fielder, widening the lead again to 4 to 2. He also recorded an infield hit in his third at-bat in the bottom of the sixth inning, finishing the day with three hit and two RBI.
