On the 25th, Lotte announced that they will be reopening The Marines Store Museum on March 27th, coinciding with the opening game of the season.
This renovation expanded the store area to approximately 1.5 times its previous size, strengthened the product selection, and increased the number of checkout counters to a maximum of 33, including the introduction of self-checkout machines. As a result, the store layout allows customers to move smoothly through the store, select products, and proceed to checkout even during peak hours before a game.
Furthermore, the store's interior has been redesigned with the team's concept colors of "white, black, and gray" as the base, and a new area has been created where The Marines can experience the history and worldview of the Marines. The space displays past championship pennants, photographs that evoke memories of the time, and large visuals of the players, and can also be used as a photo spot.
This is the first major store renovation in nine years, since 2017.
