◆Exhibition game: Softbank Hawks vs. Hiroshima (March 21, Mizuho PayPay Stadium)

Softbank Hawks has announced starting line-up for the game against Hiroshima.

WBC participants Shuto, Makihara Dai, and Kondo were all in starting line-up. Kondo had a rough time at the WBC, going hit in 13 At Bat, but he meticulously adjusted his batting form after returning to Japan. He was hitting the ball well in pre-game practice. He was left off the bench for the game against Hiroshima on the 20th (at Mizuho PayPay Dome), but on this day he made his first appearance since the WBC, batting third and playing right field.

Haru Matsumoto will also be making his final start of the preseason. The left-hander is expected to be a key part of the starting rotation for the entire year, and he will be looking to deliver another stable pitch today.
